Why You Are Here
If someone sent you this page, or you found it on your own, it means I have contacts in Miami I am willing to share. The people I have access to typically offer better pricing, better service, or access to something that is harder to find on your own. I keep this list deliberately vague, I am not advertising who they are, I am just letting you know they exist.
This page is mostly for friends who are visiting Miami and need a reliable starting point. But if you found it another way and it is useful, send me a message.
If what you need is not listed, reach out anyway. Chances are someone in my network can help.

How I Usually Hook You Up
Before I connect you with anyone, I make the call myself first. I tell them to expect you, give context on what you are looking for, and make sure they are actually open to the conversation. This is a double opt-in introduction, both sides have agreed before the first message is sent. It is how I stay respectful of the people in my network and make sure the introduction actually lands.
Once I make that call, do not flake. If you commit and then cancel or ghost, you make me look bad to someone I have a real relationship with. Only ask if you are genuinely ready to move.
What I Have Access To
Boats. Vessels over 28 feet and yachts, four-hour minimum, up to 13 people, day or night. I also have a catamaran contact for up to 40 people, better suited for a corporate event or large group.
Jet skis. Hourly rentals.
Kayak and paddleboarding. Specifically in Sunset Harbor, Miami Beach.
Nightlife and table service. Some of Miami's best venues for table reservations across nightlife. If you are trying to do it right and skip the line, reach out before you start planning.
Drivers. Tahoe and Suburban SUVs, especially useful for festivals with Uber surge or any night where you are moving between multiple locations. Having a personal driver is useful during peak season like Art Basel when you do not want to wait for a random Uber driver.
Bartenders for private events. Experienced and professional, around $50 an hour for a five-hour engagement. They like private events because the clientele is better and so is the pay.
Security and runners for private parties. Hourly, scalable to your budget. Makes a real difference at a larger event.
Exotic car rental. Not as close to this one but willing to make the call.
Party bus. The real kind, AC, blacked-out windows, fits up to 30 people. For keeping a large group together across a full night.
Tennis coaches Lessons or consistent training, the coaches I have can do both.
Ongoing futsal games. For soccer, I can connect you to group chats that organize a soccer game. It really depends on your level. I'm in a WhatsApp group.
Resale of miami concernt tickets I'm in a WhatsApp group.
Sublet in Miami I'm in a WhatsApp group.
Renting Biltmore Tennis Center at the best time I have an agent.
Wedding venues and planner. I have two Miami venues and a wedding planner I can personally vouch for. My friends have gotten married and used all three. If you are planning a wedding in Miami and want a starting point from someone who has seen these work in real life, this is it.
How to Reach Me
Message me directly on whatever platform you already use to reach me, or send an email to michael@michaelpichardo.com. Tell me which contact you need and what you are trying to do. The more specific you are, the faster I can make the call.
If you are asking for a professional introduction or a job referral rather than a Miami-specific contact, that process is a little different, read the networking guide first.
